Account activation fees paid to Wairi are for access to a simulated trading environment and infrastructure. These fees are non-refundable. You acknowledge that breaching the 7% total or 3.5% daily drawdown limits will result in the immediate closure of your account and the loss of your activation fee.

Event contracts represent a high risk asset class. Prices can fluctuate from $0.01 to $0.99 within seconds based on real world news events or algorithmic trading activity. Wairi uses a deterministic oracle for settlement, which is final and binding. Sudden price movements can lead to rapid contract expiration at $0.00.

Performance in a simulated trading environment does not guarantee future results. Past performance, whether your own or any leaderboard figures shown on the platform, is never a reliable indicator of future returns. Wairi reserves the right to terminate accounts that engage in market manipulation, latency arbitrage, collusion, multi-accounting, or other prohibited trading strategies that exploit the technical infrastructure of the arena.

Wairi is not available to residents of, or persons accessing the platform from, jurisdictions where prediction markets, event contracts, prop trading, or unlicensed financial services are restricted, prohibited, or require a license that Wairi does not hold. By creating an account you confirm you are accessing the platform from a permitted jurisdiction and that you are of legal age to participate. It is your responsibility to comply with the laws of your jurisdiction; account access can be revoked at any time if compliance cannot be verified.

Nothing on Wairi (quotes, market headlines, leaderboards, AI-generated commentary, partner content, or staff communications) constitutes investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. Wairi is not a registered broker, dealer, exchange, futures commission merchant, designated contract market, or investment adviser, and is not affiliated with any government regulator. Trade only what you can afford to lose. If you are unsure whether participating is appropriate for you, consult an independent licensed advisor before depositing funds.

Short-form crypto rounds resolve on a fixed clock against a published Binance reference price. Once a round closes, all positions in that window settle in the same pass. There is no extension, no replay, and no manual override. Network congestion, exchange outages, and extreme volatility can cause prices to move sharply at the boundary; you accept that the resolution price taken at the boundary is the final price for that round. To preserve market integrity, new bets are locked in the final 15 seconds of 1-minute rounds, the final 30 seconds of 5- and 15-minute rounds, and the final 60 seconds of 1-day rounds. Each account is capped at 3 concurrent open round positions, a per-round maximum stake (free $10K accounts $50, paid tiers up to 1% of starting capital, personal wallet $500), and on free $10K accounts a $300/day realized round-profit ceiling. Patterns consistent with latency arbitrage or momentum sniping may result in voided positions or account restriction.
