How to remove your Wairi Markets account and the personal data we hold, including anything we received when you signed in with Facebook or Google.
Email privacy@wairimarkets.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my data". If you signed up with Facebook or Google, send it from that same address so we can match the account. We reply within 30 days and confirm once deletion is complete.
You can also revoke our access from Facebook directly: Settings & Privacy, Settings, Apps and Websites, then remove Wairi Markets. That stops any further data sharing. To delete the data we already hold, use one of the two routes above.
Your profile, username, email address, linked social identities, avatar, watchlist, chat messages, and session records.
We are required to retain transaction and identity-verification records for seven years under anti-money-laundering and financial record-keeping rules. These are held separately from your profile and are not used to contact you or to build any profile of you. We cannot delete them on request, and no operator of a regulated money service can.
Withdraw any remaining balance and close open positions first. Deletion is permanent, and we cannot restore an account or return funds left behind after it.
